Predictive Power of Teachers’ Perceptions of Autonomy on High School Students’ Term Grade

This study aims to investigate the predictive power of teachers’ perceptions autonomy on term grade high school students and differences in terms type field instruction. The groups this research, which was carried out with a design survey among quantitative research methods, included 230 teachers working state schools affiliated Turkish Ministry National Education Battalgazi Yeşilyurt Malatya Province 3005 enrolled 11th at those schools. data were obtained via Teacher Autonomy Perception Scale developed by researchers. students’ consisted for 2020-2021 academic year. According multiple regression analysis, scale factors classroom, professional together explained 7% change grade. While score significant predictor grade, classroom not predictors. Regarding Kruskal-Wallis H test findings, while there difference type, no their or autonomy. MANOVA instruction but findings might provide guidance researchers, curriculum development experts, policymakers, academics teacher training institutions, other relevant stakeholders.
